Erik Oberholtzer has developed a process to guide entrepreneurs through the various phases of growth.

His work with founders begins with a series of questions to understand where the brand/ entrepreneur are today. And most importantly set the strategic priorities forward to move the brand from where it is today to the visionary destination in the far off tomorrow.

 
 
 

Erik works directly with the founder/s to help navigate the many obstacles anyone will face while building a company. He draws from his own experience building Tender Greens from concept to $200m exit along with insights from other brands he has worked with. As appropriate, Erik may assist in product development, team development, market differentiation and systems refinement to support growth.
