This past week we cooked an organic dinner for the team of Food Fix and the Rodale Institute. Rodale hosted the Food Fix leadership team on the farm in Kutztown, PA. The two will collaborate on the impact of regenerative organic agriculture on human health. Here is what we served. You can also check out Dr. Mark Hyman’s new book - “Food, What the Heck Should I COOK?” It was a real joy to cook for Mark and the leadership team of Food Fix and Rodale.
